Classical nylon string harp guitar
Modeled after a copy of the 1937 Hauser, the S-12N "Classical harp guitar" has 6 sub harp strings and features 7 fan braces with one extended just past the sound hole. The Granada school neck has 2" nut width, 1-3/4" string spacing at nut, and 2-1/4" string spacing at saddle. The action at the 12th fret is set up at approximately 4mm at the low E and 3mm at the high E.
Adding an extended range to the Spanish guitar is a great way to allow classical guitarists the ability to compose in the lower bass register as well as perform traditional lute arrangements with the lower notes you can’t get with only 6 strings.
